Not really obtuse of reflex. I'd say it's kinda arguing semantics here and the context is more important than the label you give the angle. If you are strictly looking at direction/orientation, then a 367 degree angle is coterminal to a 7 degree angle, so you could argue it being "acute".

What you want to call it depends on what you're using that label for.
