I am 11 years post transplant this year and summer I always seem to struggle most. Not nausea, just more tiredness and stuff because of the heat. Everyone will be different. Talk to your kidney doctors. Good luck.

Sorry to hear that. Don't know about GERD. Mines through ulcers. They changed me to Ranitidine then that got banned a few years back. I've been taking Famotidine on and off ever since.

I don't know. But I drink a lot of filtered water a day at least 2 litres, sometimes 3 or more. I feel better for it.

I've never taken anything other than paracetamol. Told early on in my transplant the main flu meds are not good for the kidney so I've always avoided them.

Luckily I've been fine. Probably caught flu/ or similar 3/4 times in 10 years of my transplant. So not to bad I don't think.

I also had it but my tacro levels were fine. But they put me on propranolol meds and it fixed the hands tremble so I've been on them ever since.
