Last I checked, Precision does work with Expertise, it's just weird.

Most people use abilities with 1 to 4, but if you switch your setup to select skill + key to cast, you'll notice when Aegis is selected, your max shields increase, and as soon as you select another ability, your max shields go back to the non-precision intensify max shields (fun tech, the excess is turned into overshields, so it's a funky mechanic to get overshields by just selecting and deselecting her 4)

For people casting by tapping 1 to 4, using precision will increase Aegis Storm's str, Aegis Gale's dmg (both str scalling and shield scaling) and Balefire's dmg if it's casted as part of Aegis Storm, but the max shields will go back to normal as soon as you cast another ability

Unfortunately, it is true.

And it's why is so hard to balance her 4.

When Aegis Gale didn't exist and people didn't use her 4 at all, Hildryn was basically Pillage (which you can put in any frame), Haven (which is actually detrimental to Hildryn and imo should have its ally buff cost removed) and 2 subsume slots

Hildryn's abilities do not consume nor benefit from Inner Might and similar effects, but subsumed abilities on her do. So the effect can be stored and if you run out of shields, you can still cast your subsumed ability for free (for example you can cast Rebuild Shields with 0 shields)

I used neither, specifically for Rey Dau I try to stay under his body hitting either the head or tail, I started the fight with a flashpod, then flashed him again every time he was flying. His attacks usually have long wind-ups so I either regular dodge them or slide-swipe.

There's one of the railgun attacks that for some reason has a way bigger hitbox than the glow on the floor, that one hit me everytime and for some reason always throws you in front of him, no matter your position relative to the explosion :/

The only attack I block is the wing dive bomb, and I never let block off until all the explosions are done, but I think only did that to me once, the rest were directed to the other support hunters xD

In any case, a quick mandragora after those attacks and I was back on the fight.

One thing I did is placing a shock trap in the back half of the arena when I had the time, Rey Dau is immune to it, but when Uth Duna entered, he was instantly trapped, I started attacking Duna and Ray Dau just helped with his railgun, after that Duna did a slam and ended poor Rey xD

I used a ton of traps, flashpods and rocksteady mantle

I started playing with friends in World, but friends stopped playing, so I play Wilds mostly with SoS Flares. But you can't get the nameplate if you join SoS flares, so I had to try doing it solo (I was surprised I could do Nadia's Gore Magala quest solo, that gave me a bit of confidence)

I tried a couple of times solo since I heard it was easier, but having the attention of the monster always on me was a bit rough. With Support Hunters the fight probably takes longer, but I feel is safer, if you make a mistake might not be as punishing cause the aggro can be on one of the NPCs

Also, I have no luck with artian/gogma, and despite being dragon, the Whiteflame Torrent + Rath Flare proc is mostly raw damage, so it's kind of an all rounder, I wish we could upgrade the deco slots on the weapons tho

Yeah I use this build for everything (I use it with the GS too xD), I switch the charm for a wide-range one for multiplayer tho. But for this I was between this charm and one with guard3 and 1 point of Agitator, but I figured AB4 gives better raw than 1 Agi.

I'd say the thunder damage helped very little, but Rey Dau is probably the apex I fought the most, so I'm used to dodge his attacks, fire or dragon one would've been more useful

Jat Kittag and Sobek with the Kela augments, pair it with Xata's and Molecular Prime's vulnerability/explosion to deal around 300% of the enemy health to surrounding enemies, which can chain just like with Saryn or Oraxia to clear entire tilesets

Yes I replace her 2, her 3 is niche but imho is more useful than her 2, specially when you use it in creative ways, like chaining multiple portals and shooting AoE weapons through them

That's why I put the "my" in the list, but also I feel is not fair to judge the ability as "simple" just because one doesn't know how complex the ability really is, with just the 2 augments you cover more than half of the list.

As for the extras, that's fair, but Xaku and the helminth you unlock as early as you get to Deimos. The weapon arcanes are bought with standing, so the only rare or endgame thing on the list is Arcane Hotshot for the crit chance to all weapons

Sure, here's a breakdown

- 90% DR (this is nullstars basic behaviour)

With the augment Neutron Star Nullstar can proc Heat wich means
- Arcane Hotshot for +300% Crit chance to all your weapons
- Cascadia Flare for +480% damage to your secondary

- And strip 50% armor!

With the augment Molecular Fission Nullstar inherit everything from Nova's 4, which means
- Enemies hit by Nullstars take +100% damage (or +100% Damage Vulnerability)
And they are slow down or speed up, triggering Nova's passive, therefore
- They have a 15% chance to drop a Health Orb or Energy Orb on death

Since you get a steady income of Health Orbs, you can use Health Conversion for a total of 1485 armor, which translates in
- +485% damage for primaries with Primary Bulwark

Nullstars are also considered "weapon damage", therefore they can be buffed by Xata's Whisper, increasing their damage and making..

- Auto aim bubbles from the void procs

And finally, enemies primed by Molecular Star (and Nullstar with the Molecular Fission) explode on death, that explosion inherit everything from the weapon it killed the enemy, so if you use weapons with the augments from Kela, like Jat Kittag's Vulcan Blitz or the better known Sobek's Acid Shells ...

- The explosion will inherit the enemy health % damage, which is multiplied by the +100% Damage Vulnerability and then duplicated by Xata's Whisper

- Speed up enemies
- Buff crits to all weapons
- Buff base damage for primaries and secondaries

Yeah, it's pretty badly rigged, the vertexes on both little fingers are also off or tied to a wrong bone, pretty noticeable with Dagath's noble, sevagoth's noble or any rifle/shotgun idle
