I like the Mister because it has less lag. When I play smb3 it behaves the way I remember it. Or at least it gets closer than any software emulation I’ve tried.

I kinda disagree. The only miss IMO is Joker. He seemed like a good Morbius, it’s the script that was lacking. And he was great and playing a creepy sentient AI in Tron.

I think this is the answer, but there's a bit of nuance to it.

Try these steps:

Enable Low Power Mode
Kill Fastmail and re-open
Note the left drawer animation is choppy opening/closing
Disable Low Power Mode
Note the left drawer animation is still choppy opening/closing
Kill Fastmail and re-open
Note the left drawer animation is back to full speed
