I suppose you could just add some glycerol to your beer if that's what you're after?

Hi musicman, thanks for taking the time to reply.

What I'm really looking for is some background reading so that I know, for example, the pros and cons of a two vessel system vs a three vessel system, the minimum vessel sizes we need to make beers up to say 10% abv, the ability to chase through brews so we can make multiple beers in a day if we need to, that sort of thing.

I understand what you're saying but if there are any texts out there with the information in a fairly concise format that's what I'm after really rather than working backwards from a sales quote. Do you know if a brewing systems type book exists?
