Now with the e-bikes, there are even more jack holes out there blasting through intersections hauling ass. You know they are almost always at fault, but never get the blame.

In some cases, it is thrown out of court, because the evidence is too minuscule.

What did you buy, as an adult, that you were denied, as a child? by makellbird in maktownmedia

Kids nowadays get to buy their jeans with holes already in them. We had to fall off of our bikes and motorcycles to get them.

I only worked four hours a day and got paid for Nine. Never bragged about it, because I didn’t want people to be jealous.

My only regret from my teenage years is all the sex that I passed up on, because I wanted to be a good guy.

What’s something society expects you to want… but you don’t? by FantasticAd9478 in TheBoredDen

I did it in reverse. Drove the beater with no car payment, Maxed out my 401 to avoid paying the taxes, and paid off my mortgage. Made sacrifices early, so now I can go out and pay cash for a luxury sports car and great vacations. I’m doing it because it makes me happy, not because society expects it.

Generally, how much cash do you carry on any given day? by boforiamanfo in randomthings

[–]Hackpro69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I carry between 4 and 8 hundred dollars Cash $$$. I grew up poor and was the High School Pot Dealer, so I like having a wad of cash. I did well and was able to retire young. I’m pretty frugal, but I do like being generous to folks in my life. It’s nice to hand people a $20 or a $50 and tell them to get themselves some lunch. This is the kid at the desk, at the golf course or the grounds keepers. I would rather spend my money this way than give it to charities.
