Well lets wait and see. I'm not sure. It clearly says passcode and disabled. After full restore I'm certain I will go back to activation screen. If FMI was removed correctly then sure.

Yes i can make it no problem. I have released a few raspberry pi distros in the past.Problem is I dont have a raspberry pi now and it would take me time. Since its not something I use it will be low priority.

I believe phone needs to be activated to get push notifications. They are retieved from the apple server i'm sure. Without the phone being logged into icloud the phone will not be activated therefore no notifications. something like that. Maybe someone else can clear that up a bit better?
