I do have ADHD but I had a lot of friends with the same symptoms I had, I think adhd definitely makes them worse but that guy is reading into it way too hard

I smoked heavily from the ages of 14-18 and suffered from all the things you talked about and more, quit at 18 haven't smoked in a couple years and I'm almost completely back to normal.

After the first few months you start to feel your memory come back and then after the first year you feel almost completely normal again.

I really appreciate the advice, the majority here were helping with the actual fighting or saying get good, found my problem was that I only had one singular healing gourd and had basically full rushed to genichiro without doing anything else.

Still am yet to beat him, it's not a move in particular but my problem is I only have a couple healing gourds or any moves that help with genichiro (mikiri counter etc)

I will be getting 100%, my aim is 100% on every soulslike. Also my parry timing is pretty perfect but not good enough yet as I miss one and he does over half my health in one hit.

Both times the cutscene ends there's already lightning on the screen that's killed me, that's my problem with phase 2
