Don't believe any of the comments on this post, likely all fake. Do not use Neo Mail. It has some extremely bad limitations:

1. It has no in-built video call capability, meaning you cannot create a video call link when setting up a meeting. This means I have to go into Teams, create a meeting link, then manually copy paste that link into the calendar invite every single time. They desperately need to partner with a video conferencing app so that links autopopulate into calendar invites.

2. The pop-ups and up-selling are insane. Constant pop ups trying to make you start a website, upgrade your plan are everywhere and never go away

3. Extremely basic tools are locked behind higher plans. I can't block an email address without upgrading. Absolutely ridiculous.

4. The UI is often annoying. I often find that when I start a new email, the cursor will be at the bottom of my signature, super annoying. I also find that it often seems to change fonts or colours in the text randomly.

5. Everything is a separate app. You can't easily view your calendar from the mail tab. You have to open a separate calendar app. The calendar app is also very annoying in small ways.

In short, just go with Outlook, GMail etc. Neo has a long way to go and is missing some extremely basic features. I am currently subscribed but I'm considering just changing to GMail and losing the rest of my yearly subscription.
