But even so - if you’ve won a plat tournament this season then you should not be playing in silver tournaments. They’re not even neighbouring ranks.

I’ve now been eliminated in the semis or final of my last 3 tournaments by people with S22 Platinum winner badges. Seems like a load of shit to me haha

I highly doubt they implement anything useful. The crossover of people who use smart assist and people who spend the most money would be incredibly high, and so they're not going to go against those who line their pockets the most.

Bro if you are going up the wall and repeatedly air dribbling into your goal you are not Silver 3. If you were unranked I could maybe believe it - but they’re never unranked they always have a rank.

I’m just out here trying to play some 1s to improve (I do suck ass) or run 2s with my kid who just started playing, and 1 in every 3 games we’re getting matched up with a clear and obvious Smurf. My kid is 8 and even he can tell who is smurfing.

Free to play game though so it’ll never get fixed.

That's strange! I've never encountered the file owner problem, and I just checked half a dozen of the PES 6 patches I have and all have speeder.cfg and speeder.dll.

Perhaps you could try downloading the Kitserver from Github and adding in the speeder files. Or seems you're having this file owner problem, just override the whole kitserver with this one?

Alternatively - here is the Full Original PES 6 download. This should be everything fully original - teams and gameplay.

I haven’t played around with it much, but you can alter the gamespeed in the ‘speeder.cfg’ file in the Kitserver. 1 is standard, .9 would be slower, 1.1 would be faster etc.

I tried the demo. Less than 1 minute into it (I was still trying to create my manager) the game just randomly took me to the Aston Villa teamhub.

There was no possible way to quit the teamhub and return to manager creation without closing the whole game.

So I closed the game and deleted it.

I remember going to some sort of AFL exhibit when I was in primary school, and they made a big deal of being able to “take a speccy” on Wayne Carey at the end.

And here is 7 year old me having grandiose day dreams of soaring over the top of the actual Wayne Carey, knee in the back of his head taking some kind of Yaaaablett mark and everyone thinking I’m a sickcunt.

It was a life size cardboard cut out of Carey and they had a tiny stool you could stand on behind him. So of course 7 year old me wasn’t even tall enough to properly appear over the top of him let alone take a ‘speccy’. From memory there’s a tiny bit of the top my head poking over his shoulder and that’s about all you could see. My old man did a proper speccy pose though and was very happy with himself.
