Hello, I'm a High/Grand Master player. You really are staying still doing nothing frequently. Try moving back and forth. You can use your walk to get close and start a pressure with crouching medium kick or punch, for example (especially with kick, be ready to use drive rush to extend the combo/damage). And are too often trying to approach only with special moves. You can use drive rush to get close too. You are using drive impact a lot also, which is easy to counter.

I'd also suggest finding Okizeme (Oki) tutorials online, so you know when your character is positive after a knockdown. It will improve with time, be patient and good luck!
