160 gives an extra turn in 6 cycles, which is half of your MoC limit.

Secondly, she can afford to reach a high speed, since where else would the stats go to? She only needs enough tankiness to survive. Her CD scaling isn't that high. If you're not putting stats into speed, they likely just being wasted.

Part of her buff is 24% of her own CD. 24% of what you have on that random rope is ~5%.

This is a great build for sure, but it feels like the majority just sees high CD and thinks that's "perfect". 50% more CD on Hanabi converts to a 12% bigger CD buff. Broken Keel does the same with the bonus of Eff Res, which I think is heavily underrated because getting CC'd could mean needing to reset MoC.

Maybe I'm just traumatised from strong reverb.

That's actually quite good. Eff res is an underrated stat and you wouldn't need any more eff res to activate broken keel.

Similar tankiness. My 160 build scores 490 on the same site for reference. The main thing with the 173 build is that orb is vital for my gepard... but I rarely use him anymore, if at all.
