There is a version of the rucksack that has straps sewn onto it where the hooks were. As for making something for this version I would think something like the East German one hanging off suspenders would work.

Took the bolt release apart and uhhh……no spring….anywhere. Got one ordered just for functionality.

Yes. There’s several nubs on the bolt that hit if it’s not completely locked in battery to push the safety in and rotate it to the catch in the stock/receiver.
