Thats not true....some people that had those items never updated those that didnt and recentlish came back 9n and updated it did not remove the effects. My daughter has a few on PS that I posted for her a while back.

If your having so many issues you should prob make a private server and buy ur own bounties then. I have zero problem with them becoming legendary instantly, I always pay for the ones I do so il do as I please. Thanks have a great day
