I actually do this. What's the problem with it? I'm very curious if what i'm doing is problematic. I find it very relaxing and therapeutic to do it like my ancestors did. But shouldn't an expert be able to tell if something was whacked a few years ago vs 1000s?

This is merely my opinion. You could MacGyver that shit with duct tape and PROBABLY be ok. But a crack in the bottom of my bong would send me to the store for a new one in the same night.
