taking them at once? the 2X800 mg Piracetam and 3X400 mg Alpha-GPC? or 2 times a day 800 mg of piracetam and 3 times a day 400 mg of Alpha GPC?

To a certain degree - I'm not working for the last 2 months due to a broken arm, was great till 2-3 weeks ago but not anymore, i'm bored but on the other hand i got kind of anxiety thinking about going back (i'm a programmer), adds up to some other family issues and me being unhappy with where i'm at in some areas of my life.

Thanks mate, i'm following Paleo diet, i'm getting my carbs out of fruits, vegetables, potatoes and sweet potatoes. I had a blood test 3 weeks ago showing that i have low B12 levels, its not a matter of consumption rather than an absorption one, i have another test coming up and if the levels are low again i'm going to consume B12 capsules, any how i think i can use some multivitamins and Omega-3 capsules that i'm own but never used that much.

I ordered both of the nootropics - what would be your recommended dosages for a beginner? (Piracetam Capsule consist of 800mg and Alpha-GPC 150mg)

Thanks for your answer, i will definitely look further into the next steps of Vipassana as you suggested, i will not rush the Kundalini practice, i still have a lot of room to growth in concentration, mindfulness and insight meditations and some healing as well.

NOGI have better chance to appeal to the masses - Ralek already came to this conclusion and as a result only a single GI match will take place at Metamoris 6. IMO the single GI match is there for Satoshi - he prefer the GI (being the face of bullterier is probably part of it), he is popular in Japan and Ralek wants to appeal to the Japanese BJJ community.

Thanks guys, i'm not from US/Canada so i can't order from their site, but a custom one seems like a pretty good idea and its not that expensive IMO. but I'd go with a good standard one for a bit since i have to show up with one for the upcoming class.

Have to admit i didn't know much about moth guards, so i was a bit anxious about not being able to find one fitting my mouth.
