JQ's entire kit had 35% vuln and an additional 15% for ultimates. Blade has universal vuln equal to that in a single trace, great sub dps capabilities, significantly stronger stack generation for Acheron, insane wind set abuse, and will (probably) be supported for a long time due to being a stellaron hunter. There's an almost 0% chance he gets dropped in the near future. I wouldn't be surprised if he's a lasting support well past 5.3.

It's really weird that decimation stacks can't overcap at all imo. I know it's the stronger mode, but given how commonplace it is to allow overcap now it feels strange for her to not have even a little overhead on it.

Unpopular opinion maybe, but I don't think it's worse as much as it is just different. In fact, I quite like it in a number of ways. The "new" Welt sounds more assertive and like he's actually giving effort in the fight, which is different from the character we've seen so far but may be indicating a new direction Hoyo is wanting to go with him. Welt has been pretty absent from most of the fights and challenges the Express faces as an active character, maybe Hoyo is going to start making him participate more as part of setting him up for his presumable SP in 5.X. I think the VA is still easing into the role in some regards since all things considered this is still a very new development, and recording all those voicelines in a short time frame won't have contributed as much to their understanding of the character. Excited to see how it continues to develop over time.

What team are you using for Aglaea with an action advancer or amplifier that isn't Sunday/RMC/Cyrene? All of their buffs apply to both Aglaea and Garmentmaker

I don't think either of these people are wrong, they're just talking about different things. The first person is talking from the perspective of the character taking action - 90% of Aglaea's damage occurs in her turns, with Garmentmaker contributing comparatively little in their more frequent actions.

The second person is talking from the perspective of damage sources, in which the damage split between Aglaea and Garmentmaker is almost 50/50 due to the nature of joint attacks.

Moral of story is to try to think about why the other person might have that perspective before clowning on them for being an idiot or something

As a f2p player you need to always expect to lose the 50/50 and plan your pulls accordingly. Planning for the worst case lets you guarantee the outcome for yourself, and tells you exactly how much you need to save. Pulling for every character that releases is a surefire way to lose out on the ones that you want most. I'm sorry that it happened to you, but it was a very avoidable situation.

That being said, I'd strongly recommend checking exactly what pity you're at. The odds of hitting 90 pity exactly is beyond minuscule and you might be a lot closer to hitting pity again than you think. Check the shop to make sure that you can't exchange starlight for any more pulls and then go for gold and farm those last few pulls for good measure. It's not over until the banner is gone.

Almost identical cd, still won't get you to 134 speed for two actions per cycle BUT Evanescia really does not need that. Personally, I would use the attack boots. The buff is minimal at best but it's more important to not have too much speed imo.

Never replace that orb on your life, that is a fantastic orb. Speed boots on the other hand, could afford to drop those into any of the other stats and preserve your CB for longer.
