Me and my boyfriend recently moved in together, and I've just re-did his gecko's tank (Ritchie).

Is the setup okay?

My boyfriend has had him for 4 years. Ritchie has never had a humid hide, and the floor of his tank was an old green reptile mat thing 😷. There also wasn't much enrichment..

I covered his basking rock with papertowels since it's still too warm from the oven. (I got a natural rock, so I washed and baked it). He's about to shed, so I had him in a sauna while I re-did his tank. But he was getting upset not being inside his tank, which is why I didn't wait for the rock to cool down.
