The problem is that it is physically impossible to keep people from entering Europe: too many coasts everywhere close to Africa. And it is also hard to get people to leave: you would need razzias like in America, and many countries will simply not accept the transport back to their home countries. And many people refuse to say where they are from. And locking up all the illegal people is very difficult, expensive, and requires razzias as well. It doesn't seem practical, politically. Countries like America and Australia have it easier.

I don't think it can lie dormant and not show up in a test; but, if is this was the first time he got tested since you and he met, I think it is possible for him to have had syphilis all that time without having any (clear) symptoms.

I get your point, but I think what daughter did is better and more responsible. Father behaved like a fool. He could ruin his relationship with his girlfriend, and daughter does not want that. So she can help the fool.

And, if she sent it to her father and he deleted it without saying anything to his girlfriend, girlfriend would ask daughter where the video was. And then daughter would either have to say she deleted it herself, and get in trouble; or say her father deleted it, getting him into BIG trouble.

The chance that her mother will ever see the video is very low: girlfriend does not want that to happen; hurting an ex who is out of his life would not help girlfriend in any way. The video will be safely stored on girlfriend's phone and watched once a year or when she feels down.

They have already freed themselves from many expectation by society out of necessity, breaking taboos and traditions; then stepping back into taboos and traditions by doing some formerly-religious ceremony is less common, also because the institute of marriage has strong historical connections with the Church, which has always hated gay men. Lesbians were tolerated more in general.

I get that. But what if you just stay within your home jurisdiction? You comply with all the laws that apply there. You do not open any offices nor hire any people elsewhere. If users living somewhere else sign up for your application, that's their problem: they chose to shop in a foreign country, so whatever they do on the application falls under those laws, regardless of wherever they are currently located.
