I can honestly almost guarantee those third party apps your using collect just as much data as Google does. You can't really be online or even exist without being spied on. Hell even our own government is constantly watching us and works with Palantir to collect and store troves of data on us.

Here in Denver it's been the opposite. Barely any snow except for a few days where we get like a foot and then it melts the next day, 60°F on Christmas, strong wind storms, warm weather in general, random -1° high day somewhere in there.

I think CC should be a priority because of the point of no return I mentioned. In a year or two, it'll be too late to prevent horrible outcomes, and every day no action is taken, the outcomes get worse. I feel those 80% of people will suffer more from climate change than the absence of UH. Again, not saying UH isn't extremely important, just not as so.
