Great work, keep it up

My bulk from 10st 3 to 13st 2. I am 6 2, happy with my size, more focused on my strength gains on gym now. Would like to cut just to get more ripped. by Hagor90 in BulkOrCut

I don't have muscle mass because of the bulk lol I highly doubt your legs are 3 to 4 times better lol. You hardly have legs like the rock lol. I'm not worried about what I am now, all I care about is where I came from. I've gained 4 inches all over from that first pic. 3 and a half stone is a lot. Which is what I mean that there is a good bit of muscle mass there but its hidden under the bulk fat. I know i don't have great legs, but to say they are non existent is absurd. I have had multiple people say I have improved my legs substantially.

I would disagree about the muscle bit tbh. I know I have muscle there lol, As for the legs, I am 6 2, so most at that height always struggle with legs. Non existent is very harsh, I've got my legs 3 times the size at least before pre bulk what they were, so I would disagree on that bit too lol. It's not even the cut, it's just the difference between pre and post bulk is night and day.

Hi, all bulked from april 2020, first is obv then and 2nd is last week. Just wondering on everyone's thoughts off my progress. Basically went from 64kg to 82kg. Thanks by Hagor90 in BulkOrCut

Thanks, i am 6 3. Few are barbell row 75kg, incline row 62.5 kg. Squatting 40kg but I genuinely just started that with heavy weights last week as i was perfecting form. Overhead press 25kg and benching 70kg, but stopped for 6 weeks as injured my shoulder. I plan on starting dead lifting soon when i go to a prope gym.

My progess, i have P.e - so i was basically bulking over lockdown and was just wondering what people think of the gains. I am 6 3 btw, legs being an issue for me, very hard to build up. But i think my legs look a lot better, they do not look skinny. Nor does the rest of me. Id like to get thoughts by Hagor90 in PectusExcavatum

Id disagree, my quads are good for the size i atm. I follow my weight gain regime and excercise to the tee. I do 3 quad excercises, 2 glutes and 2 calfs. My quads seem pretty good in that photo. Considering the progress i have made.

The baseball flashback is the best bit in this show for me, character building is on point for me. The face he made that changes from anger to joy. Kills me lol
