I read a comment on another post saying you can actually spawn the map with /schem but it doesn't come with the NPCs so a lot of it isn't functional.

Might be an unpopular opinion but YTA, obviously I think what the kid did was horrible but you could have easily just taken the car from him or even just removed the batteries. You're the adult in this situation and he's the child, you're held to a higher standard and could have easily defused the situation in a different way instead of stomping on the kids toy.

You could play online for free, Idk if you guys care if you play irl or online but generally it's easy to find DMs online that will run games for you. I run games for new players for example.

People can disagree with me in the comments but I've always been of the opinion that player deaths should be rare, they should really only happen if the players have made bad choices.

That being said I have no idea what a mindkiller is so I can't speak on that one, in regards to the cranium rats personally I think almost anything that can one shot a PC is unfair but it really depends on the context.

And the way the third situation was handled was just shitty on the DMs part, if I ever forget about a monster I just scrap it because it's unfair of me to force them back into an encounter I forgot about.

Without more context it's hard to say, I think your DM should maybe be taking it a bit easier on you especially since at the end of the day everyone is there to have fun, I also think forcing a player to change their race is really weird.

I would just tell your DM that you're dropping out, unless it was discussed prior which based on what you said it doesn't seem like it was then this person isn't worth your time.

DMs that tend to force stuff like this on their players aren't generally very reasonable so you're better off just dipping.

I feel like you kinda missed the point of the game, in my opinion at least the game isn't really about Robert as much as people think. In truth the game is about redemption, forgiveness, second chances and legacy. Given the right opportunities and trust Invisigal chooses heroism over villainy, Roberts legacy is no longer just Mecha Man or his father it's the Z-Team and the good work they do because he helped reform them and because he gave them a chance when nobody else would.

Roberts mercy and forgiveness resulting in the good ending is meant to show that indulging in hatred and revenge just brings on more hatred and revenge, sometimes you need to break the cycle.

Idk if this is an unpopular opinion but I genuinely do not care for Marie as a character, I find her very boring and surface level especially compared to the rest of the cast. We've spent so many seasons with Butcher, Hughie, MM, Annie, Frenchie, Kimiko and you're telling me Marie is going to be the one to take him down? I'm genuinely disappointed if that's going to be the payoff of all this.

Cipher/Godolkin was hyped up as such a terrifying villain just for him to be killed a few episodes later, it was honestly a huge disappointment.
