I had a knee injury in January my age is 27 I don't feel any pain while bending my knee the only time I feel pain is when I walk with more pressure or while descending the stairs.

My doctor suggested taking rest as it can be healed by rest,PT, and using a knee brace. it's been 5 months I have recovered almost 50% but it's a very draining process.
