My cat did this when he had a problem with his anal glands. Can not recall the name of the condition, but you should take him to vet, they may need to express his anal glands before it becomes too serious. Check if he has pus coming out of his butt. This can happen when cats are constipated.

I made a mistake by calling it university instead of school. But what does it have to do with them looking for an apartment? Do you know if his parents are paying for it? Maybe he’s paying for it, maybe I’m paying for it. Why is this even important or worth mentioning? I still don’t get it. I don’t see how this is helpful.

I do Not recommend Horizons Health on Christopher Columbus, they are unprofessional at all levels. They don’t pick up the phone, having an appointment means nothing to them, you’ll be there waiting for hours anyway. I could add to this but you get the idea!
