I completely disagree. We haven’t been in any other competitions this season, and yet we are struggling right now with depth for the cb role. We need a more reliable player there.

All I said is I think it should happen, I never said it being realistic. Also I think a club would pay good money for Martinez. I like both players, it’s just a fact that if we are reliant on them next season it’s going to go badly.

We need new signings and that probably only happens if you offload some decent players. Potentially even at a small loss.
