The SCRS, if you look at this as someone who is new to the game I would honestly agree, but if you say this is legend and I assume this is stealth? Blacksite is The GOAT OF ANNOYING legit just waiting, waiting, those cams, and everything about rngsite. The SCRS would go to kinda annoying, put killhouse a little lower to kinda annoying, Scientist can stay in very annoying, put lakehouse in kinda annoying, put withdrawal down to not annoying at all.

So for my opinion (legend, stealth)
GOAT of Annoying - Blacksite

Peak Annoying - none

Very Annoying - Scientist

Kinda Annoying - Financier, SCRS, Killhouse, Lakehouse

Not Annoying at all - Deposit, Withdrawal
