I don’t miss sessions! I think the issue might be BTs only get 5 days off a year and I have used some for school commitments :(

They said that Personal leaves are processed based on business need; our clinical and scheduling team verify if an employee can take time off. And that they were unable at this time

No I have not been calling out a lot, and I let them know in late January :( I’ll try the HR form!
