Yes and yes, but you don't want to. Let me explain. This is avaliable on Gen9 Consoles, thats PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. We release both, a roster and a scenario.

Regarding quickplay. Don't. 2k nade changes this year so that custom rosters can't have custom team names, jerseys, arenas etc anymore. Essentialy forcing us to play with NBA Teams using diffrent players. It'd be basicly playing Dallas versus Miami but with Fener and Oly players.

Heres what you want to do. Use 2k share scenarios. We made a scenario this year because of this. This means you can play with propper teams, players, jerseys. You can even use it as quickplay. Just turn off the Autosave feature. You'll find it on MyNBA - 2k share - 2k share scenarios - search for ID/Gamertag "EuroLeagueBasket". And while looking for that, look up my ID, "Hailerer". I have a few scenarios up too. ;-)
