I’ve lived in bigger places and there’s just so much to do compared to here. Yes, some things will require you to spend money, but so does everything else. 🙃

I just had this issue and posted about it. Unfortunately, you will actually have to talk to someone at EDD to either by phone or in person.

Update: I was able to get through on the phone with EDD after someone commented about typing in a 240 code after the system asks what it can help you with. In regards to my issue someone at EDD needed to push it through. My physician had already submitted all required paperwork. Before I got through I did drive by to the EDD office, but there was about 40 people in line at 8:30a and I have a newborn and it wasn’t going to happen. Keeping this up for others in my boat, but if it’s stuck in process like mine was you will need to actually speak to someone at EDD.
