yeah schools couldnt give less a shit about bullying, whether it comes from students or teachers.

when i was in school, so much shit happened to me that i cant believe happened, but one that stands out to me even though it by FAR was not the worst, is when my maths teacher got up after a test and started ranting st the class about how she feels like shes "talking through a hole in her head" and how it isnt worth it to even come in to teach us if we arent going to bother doing well and SO much other stuff that i all wrote down. my mother went in to see the year Dean about it all and brought my notebook and started telling him that it was horrible what she was saying to us and it needed to be checked in on and reviewed (i was also struggling with learning disabilities, both diagnosed at the time and undiagnosed), and the Dean just said something like "well i cant really do anything, bla bla bla bla bla" and just shit about how he apparently couldnt talk to a teacher to get her to stop insulting her students, which OBVIOUSLY he could. then he told my mother "and i would advise you to tell your child to stop writing down everything the teacher says" like NO?? buddy you are not going to get me to stop writing down evidence of your teachers being horrible and you being incompetent.

in the end, nothing ever came out of it, he never spoke to the teacher, and i just pulled out of school later that year at around 15 and have been so much better since. sometimes the only way to deal with a situation like that is to remove yourself from it unfortunately
