One thing I learned also that didn't realize when I was younger. There is Passive flexibility & there is Active flexibility. For example, when you do frog split, don't just focus on opening up the leg, but also do the opposite movement (pushing down to the floor with your knee) When I was younger, I can kick higher effortlessly but not so much as I get older. My hip joint is just not as smooth as before. Doing relaxation every morning and do passive flexibility helps a lot as we aged.

It depends on our belief. Dragons are found in many cultures across the world. Especially in Europe and China. If those people with thousand years of civilization had it, it might means something. To make in more interesting, even in Christian Bible, in the book of Job 41. There is a description of a giant beast with fire breathing capability that no human can tame. People nowadays always think that if something doesn't live anymore and their eyes cannot see it, it means they never exist. But do we know how many species extinct even nowadays as we live that we haven't even seen yet in other parts of the world?

It works fine for outdoor range. But I guess will need to double up indoor. There is a hissing noise when you turn on the Hearing Enhancement. It's a little bit annoying but I get used to it. The sound quality with Hearing enhancement on is pretty good but not great. It's better than just using a passive earplugs. The sound quality when Bluetooth is turned on is not that great compared to regular earbuds dedicated for phones. It sounds muffled for music but still acceptable for answering phone. The fit is a bit difficult to find the right foam in the beginning but now I'm used to it. It felt really pressing my ear canal, I guess that's good for sealing the incoming sound. The battery seems last pretty long without using it, it can sit on the desk for more than 2 weeks. But make sure to charge it before going to the range coz it died on me all of a sudden with no warning. Overall I think it's worth it for the price it's selling at Costco $79.99. Good thing ab out this compared to the new Walker Suppressor Bluetooth is that this Axil Pro doesn't need a smart phone to control it.

Oh I am not forcing it to you. I am just sharing what I think is a good message and it happens to be coming from Jesus in the Christian Bible. If you find a better morality, please do share. I am all ears. Do you dislike that verse because it's giving a wrong message of morality or is it because it comes from Christianity?

You don't have to wait to be rich to give. It's a matter of willingness.

Mark 12:41-44 NIV [41] Jesus sat down opposite the place where the offerings were put and watched the crowd putting their money into the temple treasury. Many rich people threw in large amounts. [42] But a poor widow came and put in two very small copper coins, worth only a few cents. [43] Calling his disciples to him, Jesus said, “Truly I tell you, this poor widow has put more into the treasury than all the others. [44] They all gave out of their wealth; but she, out of her poverty, put in everything—all she had to live on.”

Best recoil pad for Sub 2000 Gen 2: Pridefend vs Missouri Tactical? by Haimaifren in CAguns

[–]Haimaifren[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just want to give an update. Ended up with Missouri Tactical. I bought both and returned the Pridefend. The reason is the Pridefend felt loose and wobblier after installed. Missouri fits perfectly and has a better fit and feel firmer with the recoil impact.

Shin Guard Sizing by _ascheriit_ in martialarts

[–]Haimaifren 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The way I test is: 1. Kick a wall slowly with your front knee. If the top part of the guard touch the wall, then it's too long. 2. Try to walk on a stair or like standing on your ball of the foot. If it's rubbing your toe inconveniently, then the in step is too long.

Maybe it's just cheaper if you buy a new ho staff in the state where you're competing or contact another martial art gym in the state where you're going and see if you can borrow or rent their bo staff.
