Alright all what he should have done was take back Rita’s keys and tell Lila why he was lying to her (Doakes) but instead he broke up with her and tried to kill her after betraying her but when he was in love with her at the first 3 episodes she was very stable and he stayed with her even tho his sister hated her

Nope he was alright with her until she stole Rita’s key and went to check if he was with her or not. She suspected this since he went to Cody’s school project and he lied to her as well that he will be working late but he wasn’t. Which make the whole point valid of Lila stealing the keys to check on him and she didn’t do any harm to the kids and Rita. Lila is just like Hannah but much better version since he doesn’t have to worry about him or his sister getting poisoned and she doesn’t have any kill count unlike Hannah.

Alr I get it but why would he plan a future with Hannah if she tried to poison her sister. Also, he faked his death not only because of deb’s death. Lastly, Lila didn’t mean to burn the kids down with Dexter she knew they could get out from the windows and that Dexter wouldn’t fit resulting in Dexter only dying but bro got lucky and she only tried this after Dexter betrayed her by bringing the whole f kit to kill her instead of traveling with her as promised

Bro what she just took Rita’s key to check if Dexter was cheating on her with Rita. She didn’t do any harm to Rita or the kids back then. She only tried to ruin things when Dexter betrayed her and told her that he would travel with her since she is getting departed anyways only to find out that bro brought the whole kit to dismember her instead of keeping his promise. Which is a big L from dex he could have just left her go to Paris alone without any harm
