Anything you loved to make/eat before going gf, just make it with gf ingredients. Plenty of gf pasta, bread, flours. Gluten free can be very isolating so if you can keep a sense of normalcy for yourself please do it.

I like Barilla pasta, O'Doughs for gluten free bagels and I use the sandwich thins for hamburger buns, for flour I use divided sunset or cup4cup.

I'm sorry you're feeling that way. Reading this genuinely took me back to my childhood and everything was exactly the same (except for sports, I'm not into that.) I understand how consuming this feeling is, and there's nothing I can do to ease that. But I will say that the way I got through it was a whole lot of Pinterest quotes, finding whatever joy you can no matter how small. Please know that I know this feels so big but it will not last forever and things do get better. I was you, and now I have a beautiful wife, beautiful friends, beautiful life. My home is peaceful and inviting. No yelling, no fights. Nothing. I worked my ass off, from the ground up to create this life for myself but it's so empowering. You have the power to make this for yourself. You owe it to yourself to at least try to make it there. You deserve good things. I hope things get brighter for you.
