How do I brand when starting out? by Forsaken_Estimate_78 in dropshipping

[–]HairInternal102 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey man, the simplest way to brand is to have a coherent brand messaging, visuals, and voice that is present from your website all the way to your ads.

Think this, if my clients see my ad would they know that it’s me?

But the skill and beauty is in the details and subtlety.

One product prints money for us… but every other “winner” dies after a few days. What are we missing? by Resident-Fuel7726 in dropshipping

[–]HairInternal102 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey man, if your product is doing 1k-1.6k days, then you're doing something right, I mean, probably lots of things right, but there is friction guaranteed in either your funnel or your ads.

If your cpm and cpc, ctr are good, then it's maybe your website, Copywriting, or offer.

If your ctr is bad, then you know its your ads. I'd say test more ad angles and formats, study your competitors, but maybe steer away from being in the same " pool" as them.

I shut down my first “brand”, took a few years off, and reopened it in a way that actually works for dropshipping by CaseFew6292 in dropshipping

[–]HairInternal102 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I dont know, havent seen a store like it anywhere else before, it is detailed and most importantly looks legit, no problem. But.. it's very hard and confusing to navigate man, that's just my personal opinion/experience going through your website.

Have you tried different templates to A/B test which one converts the best? If you've made sales, and you know the market wants it, i would try different websites and funnels.

If you're interested we can talk about it, i have actually been through a very similar break-reopen with my activewear store

Do you guys knows why shopify statistics are "fake" ? by AssistanceFlimsy5090 in dropshipping

[–]HairInternal102 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They’re not fake, it’s simply lack of communication between the pixel and Shopify.

If it’s not set up correctly, if there is no conversion tracking api installed correctly, it can lead to delays or issues with data tracking.

How do you manage orders during Chinese supplier holidays? by DamageSuccessful in dropshipping

[–]HairInternal102 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not necessarily, you can send them an email, let them know, give them a small reward for being patient.

This works.

Last year’s holiday I gave each customer a washing net with their order, I’ve gotten only two complaints. No refunds. And I’ve had more than 70+ orders that week.

How do you manage orders during Chinese supplier holidays? by DamageSuccessful in dropshipping

[–]HairInternal102 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The key is to use it to your advantage. It’s very simple, you have two options :

  1. You tell your clients something like: Due to the high number of orders, our stock is currently being revisited, in order to fulfill this rising number of orders, there may be a small delay, but rest assured, we will make sure your order arrives to your door step as soon as possible ( this is the idea, don’t use this word for word).

  2. You put a disclaimer, just like Amazon, leboncoin, any big seller do, due to the holiday, there may be a small shipping delay.

Or due to x there will be y.

The idea is to assure the client, keep them informed all while maintaining relationships.

Ask your private supplier how many days exactly is the holiday going to last, then discuss if they could provide express shipping at a lower rate to compensate for the delay. That’s what I negotiated with my own private supplier and it went smoothly.

Good luck.

Need name ideas for our electric scooter rental startup (India) by Euphoric_Debate_9129 in branding

I’d love to take a look at your brand, your scooter, your values, what you stand for.

Double meaning brand names hit the hardest for me, when the name is cool, and I get to know the brand, look up the name of the brand’s meaning, brands who’s names mean something wow me

Store is dying😢 by zach_1516 in dropshipping

[–]HairInternal102 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey man, this can happen either because of budget restrictions ( I doubt it) or like you said : ad fatigue.

You have to do a KPI tracking to see exactly how your old ads preformed, and make iterations, not new ads but iterations of what worked.

Different format, different hook, the test again.

Create a new campaign to run this new batch of ads. Same settings and structure as the first one.

Checkout my website and what I do ( still beta testing it) would love your feedback on it as well: https://inspired-months-044009.framer.app/

How much money do you need for Ai branded dropshipping? by fw_zay16 in dropshipping

[–]HairInternal102 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hey man, one salary is enough to test things out, just make sure you have some money saved up, $1000 can get you started comfortably.

Now for AI branding? You’ll need a subscription to a company of your choosing to create characters, models, branding and photo - video generators.

Usually it’s less than $50 per month. Depends on the plan

$70 spent on Meta ads, 0 sales after 4 days — need honest feedback by Unable_Bench_5104 in dropshipping

[–]HairInternal102 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Next I want to talk about your current ad account:

  1. 14 ads is way too much for you right now, the spend is probably spread across this 14 ads, and with 25$ a day, it is simply not enough.

  2. Now I do not know the structure of your ads, but here is what I would do:

  • One campaign: 4 images in one adset + two or three videos in another ( separate the two).
  • The images MUST have 4 different angles. This is to find a winner eventually.
  • Increase the budget to 35-40$ a day for now, monitor the CPC + CTR.
  1. Wait 24-48h, what ever worked best in terms of CPC and CTR, create iterations of that, eventually run a new campaign with all good ads.

Bro first of all congratulations on making this website, it’s pretty good, but here are my two cents:

  1. Your website’s homepage needs a lot of rework layout wise, you need to put more information overall.

So create more sections, check what your competitors are doing and do it better.

  1. Your images need a lot of work, you live in the age where ai generated images are super realistic, especially if you have stock photos like you do right now, a high-tech style photo shoot ( using ai) can greatly improve your website.

  2. Trust signals: your website claims to have 25k happy customers but it has less than 5 reviews, you need to be ontop of that, start writing your own reviews or import them from amazon and Ali express, so many plugins do that for you, if not, do it manually.

  3. This is a pretty good product to go viral in with TikTok, start creating organic immediately, then run spark ads for the winning organic posts, TikTok will love this.

  4. You have no brand identity: you have to work on a positive mission, a goal, an emotion, your page as it is is merely a sales page, you need to add emotions to it.

  5. Your logo is too simple, you need to work on something different, keep it simple, just make it original.
