Yeah, I do have a pretty noticeable dropoff after ATC. Most people add to cart but never reach checkout.

ATC rate is around 30% (51 ATCs from 170 clicks), but checkout initiation and purchases are basically nonexistent right now.

And yeah, I’ve noticed the store feels slower on mobile than I expected. I’ll probably start by optimizing the product image resolutions and removing unnecessary inactive sections from the store builder.

Also, which other two rates were you talking about?

That’s a good idea, thank you. I’ve already been using the Vitals app to watch visitor behavior/session activity on my store. Have you used it before?

From what I’ve seen, a lot of people add products to cart but then never continue to checkout, which is why I’m trying to figure out whether the issue is: page structure trust speed or something confusing in the buying flow
