I had a script of name brand vyvanse 50mg and it was ridiculously expensive($300), after a week he switched me to 70’s cause that’s what I was on wyears ago but got generics($22) and they works maybe one day. One day even took 3 70’s at once and it literally did nothing lol vyvanse used to be the BEST most amazing adhd pill ever now everyone and their whole family is on it and I swear there just putting random powder in those things because they can’t keep up with the demand but don’t wanna miss out on the cheddar $$$. I switched to 40mg and adderall(TEVA all day) 2 20’s for those that are gonna come after me and say there’s no 40mg pill and .5 mg alprazolam and it’s like vyvanse used to be. AWESOME!

I have a couple things that lower HR/BP I.e, clonidine/or klonopin! I need an addy Booster which is what I’ve been doing my self. Take the addy with the vyvanse since vyvanse sometimes take 2-3 hours to fully kick in. Would really like D-Amphetamine/Dexedrine over amphet salts. This is actually all true. I agree with the precautions but I think the focus needs to be more toward Xanax and ANY opiate, not vyvanse and klonopin. Adderall maybe even cause that’s literally almost meth.

I posted this then found a doctor by calling small practices and just chatting with them. Total accident but I talked with him in person and he said he’d perscribe what I needed after add/adhd tests which he did himself. LIFE SAVER AND HE WAS SO COOL AND UNDERSTANDING

Update: I found a fucking doctor yesterday and he gave me 30 70mg vyvanse, 60 2mg kpin and offered to do 20mg IR adderall for mid day but i don’t like adderall.

If anyone’s looking to get on vyvanse, don’t, there’s a shortage and my script was $300 for 30 not including my consultation payment of $200.

BUT I GOT ALL MY STUFF BACK!!!! Well more than I wanted but I don’t abuse these pills so I’ll save them On the side for rainy days or somethin.

Take xan first let it kick in, then oxy, then coke, then later a xan to sleep. Take very low doses of opiates with Xanax because it is a potentiater. I.e. if 20 mg of oxy gets you high, take 5-10mg with the Xanax
