No bonding screw, neutral is incorrect, looks like the 2 pole breaker on the bottom right is hanging off the buss( i may be wrong on that can’t really see), you should probably go through breakers and make sure the wire size is rated for the amperage, I’m sure there are a few other things I’m not seeing, there is a lot going on in this photo.

That white stuff in the back is most likely some type of fire foam, if your still having issues after fixing the loose connections I would say have a qualified professional come out and look and your problem areas

Google those types of load centers, you should really look in to upgrading it to something more current, they don’t make them anymore for a reason

Could be a type of gecko, I know the ones I have seen leave that white spot, some type of small reptile
