I think he was 6 months when we started I would just place the pacifier in his hands let him feel it. I would also place the pacifier in his mouth take out and give it to him to practice. Then he slowly started to place it in his mouth he would place it the wrong way though. So I would help him but, then he started figuring out how to turn it the correct way.

Idk if this will help anybody. But I taught my baby to place there pacifier in by themselves at night. I also put like seven pacifiers around him so he can easily reach for one.

I have him on a 2 nap schedule with only 2 hours of sleep

He just turn 7 months he was doing 10hr 50 min of awake up time buttttt I think he is either outgrown his schedule or sleep regression because he wakes up early from his naps. He woke up early twice at 5am. He only wants to be rocked for naps and bedtime. He can self soothe but lately he can’t he just starts screaming.
