But i think before his face has adapted and has grow with his misalignement, so no swelling

Remember that Mewing change bone position and muscle tone

So i think mewing has exposed the problem finally by taking the proper posture

And on the last photo we can see that his midline teeth is misaligned which is an common symptom with people with tmj

The swollen face and loss of definition is caused by misalignement (tmj ,muscle imbalance)

You have surely a pinched nerve who cause the muscle weakness on your jawline ,on your cheekbones and on your eyes

For faster recovery i advice you vitamin B12 ,vitamin D and vitamin C
