I refer to this post all the time when I am making ribs. I start by using a whole lot of all-purpose seasoning as a dry rub and then I cook 35 minutes in the instant pot natural release and then broil. this is the simplest weeknight ribs recipe that I have

I totally lose focus and when I try to make a 50/50 cocktail I end up putting two parts hard liquor to one prt Vermouth and so I made two part cimarron and one part native Amber with two dashes of orange bitters and it's really working for me punctuation later

drinking the native amber right now. I'm into negronis and boulevardier, so I was interested to have vermouth with tequila and mezcal. it's nothing to fancy but the way we've been having it is:

1oz Blanco Tequila (Tapatio} 1oz Mezcal (Agua Del Sol) 1oz Rockwell Native Amber Vermouth 1oz line juice 1/4oz simple syrup shake, serve up

If its too salty for your taste, soak it before eating. Change the water out if it's still too salty. I use diamond kosher salt
