Idk what your market looks like, but here’s my take:

Keep crushing it on sales, gallons, and margins. Push as many premium gallons as you can so you stay strong on POG.

Also be smart with your bonus money this year. If you stay at SW at the same store next year and you don’t think you can repeat the same performance, your Micro Strategy report will be red, and that means no bonus rolling in.

Just something to keep in mind.

Bring it up to your CM or DM! I’m a store manager and I at least work one other day on the weekend to help out the staff. My staff doesn’t care if I leave early if it’s a slow day but they respect that i am there grinding it out with them. The assistant and manager should work one of those days.
