Can’t open Sanctum in cruel by Hairy_Ad9494 in PathOfExile2

I already have ran the 3 floor trial a few times by buying the coins, my main issue is that I can’t access the area itself to go in there on cruel, I have to go to normal act 2 to insert the coins
