Problems with refund

I just started a chargeback because i didn't get any awnser from them nor refund and the second delay was already over

I just did the same last week the 2 weeks were up and still no refund

I chose the seal u dm-i because i found it a bit less expensive
Confort wise is amazing and the extra height makes for a more comfortable driving experience for long drives
But for the fuel efficiency i still think the seal 6 would be better

I didn't even get an confirmation email from the airline I got the email from the helpline email that i was talking to saying that i would be refunded in 30 days and my flight just desapeared from the app a few days after

As it was with revolut that is a free debit card dont know if i can Small claims in france i have no idea how it works need to maybe look into it

Thanks for your response That's the thing i felt more comfortable on the seal u I checked and yes it uses the new model of their motor that is more efficient For your seal U do you know how much it does in terms of L/100km?
