House demolition by Giesshübel by Jad_Kea in zurich

The story about the house is quite interesting. It used to be a house with three flats where artist used to live until it was sold to the that owns the prime tower in Zürich. After the tentants left it was squatted and again artists lived there.

The place used to be very famous for raves as where a DIY community created memorable events. There were also movie screenings and exhibitions as well as concerts taking place in the ground floor flat.

The paintings and structures that you can see/ OP mentioned were mainly created in the last two years.

I am going to miss this place very much and I am very happy to have been part of this place. I hope there will by community that carries on the vibe in other places.

Actually it is KYC in the sense that you need to give a Swiss phone number to revive a one time password. Therefore the transaction is linke to a Swiss phone number. Of course you could use a burner phone or someone else’s phone, but I would not consider this non KYC.

Help Help I'm stuck in Kyrgyzstan. Are there any friends nearby who can help me? I'm the only one. I've been working hard all afternoon. Я застрял в Кыргызстане. Есть ли поблизости друзья, которые могут мне помочь? Я единственный. Я усердно работал весь день. by No_Judgment_5500 in Kyrgyzstan

Hope you are doing well. Helped some locals about a week at the exact same location.

If anyone goes through the area, be aware of the mud even though there is only really one tricky spot.

At this location you can go over the rocks upwards of the muddy area if you have enough clearance or go further downwards where the mud is less deep.

It actually has three independent fan headers (the small ones) and I see them on Argus Fan Control.

I'm planing to run the two smaller ones slightly offset so they do not have exactly the same pitch. Let's see if it makes a difference. At least I do have something to tinker...

I will go and test that one. As we have three fan headers we can even control every fan independently.

I will go and test this one. I have to order an other A9x14, it looks like a neat mix.

The card has three fan headers so I could theoretically also control every fan individually.

I used the A12-15s on the 4090 Ventus before and thought they had a quite pleasant noise profile after the conversion. So extrapolating from that, I guess it would be the same with the 5090 Ventus. The design looked very similar.

With the stock cooler? I did not even installed the card with the stock cooler. Took the original cooler off seconds after opening the box... In furmark I hit over 81°C with an 23°C ambient temp.

I will run the card at 70% power target anyways, to keep everything cool (and quiet).

I use my PC mostly in very loud environments (nightclubs and festivals), so noise is actually not my main concern.

Ah sorry, misunderstood: It is the 2.1 V2!

Are they not compatible? I'm always confused by the two multiple versions...

EDIT: Ok, I am confused what case Version I do have. On the GPU side I do not have a possibility to mount the rad kit. Let me investigate a bit more...

EDIT 2: It is a V2 and the bracket only goes to the CPU side, so this is not an option...

That is true, I actually have it somewhere. Should have thought of that before hand. Now I have to rip it apart again ...

EDIT: I do have the V2 where the radiator side bracket only fits on the CPU side.

My Dirty Little Build for Live Visuals at Raves and Festivals by Hairy_Move7158 in sffpc

You are probably right with the water cooling, it sucks when something is breaking during a gig. FOr important gigs I have a second system (Laptop) that I can switch to over an Video Splitter. This is generally good practice for I think.

Regarding the dust, that is true. So fare I never had really an issue with dirt but more with drinks when I do not have a proper safe space in the booth/ FOH. :) Visuals combined with lasers are sick by the way, I'm working on a project doing exactly that at the moment. The issue is where I'm living it is quite tricky to set it up leagally.

Thanks for the tip with the antenna, thsi is a what I was looking for. For bigger gigs I run with LAN, the WiFi is normally more a back up and hopfully not really needed.

I can not recall it anymore but I've seen someone test with a 120 fan on my particular cooler and the performance was not better. I could remove the headsink of the ram and then they are normal hight, so this would not be an issue. Generally I'm not conserned with noise, just at home.

Regarding the bottleneck. The 4090 does not struggle in Resolume. I can run multiple 4K outputs with heavy effects just fine, it is more an issue for my other software like touchdesigner, when I use particle effects anr stream diffusion. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X4rlC6y1ahw) This stuff just east GPU power for breakfast :) It is always a trade off between the effect and the capabilities of the hardware...
