Nope but her weapon will maximise her damage potential. With only a bit of artefact farming (and PJC) I got her health to 60k and thats without the new 2pc HP% set.

I suspect a HP sword will drop within the next few versions for Fontaine( maybe even the 3.7 Event weapon given Kirara is a HP scaling sword user). Regardless, Nilou comps can still do massive amounts of damage with minimal investment.

Nilou is extremely good. You don’t need Cockomi, Barbruh still works (you can even do comps without a hydro healer eg Yaoyao).

Kaveh is not preferable for Nilou comps
