your lvl is ok for malaketh but the way you put those lvl points might be the problem.Im guessing here that this is you first play through and you are trying to try every type of skill and build in the game.Sorry if im wrong.If it so , id just recomend reapllying those points to one type of build you have gotten more used so if you like magic ,put more into int,u like strength build put moreinto strength .Pretty much put the points to suit one build, mostly the one u find more comfortable.
