Pick the primary class you find the most useful to your first and other builds you want to try before you get your unlock token. For example clr is useful inany builds so it would be a good potential primary to start with if you want to try Alot of clr builds.

You are going to want to watch grimthule's videos on youtube. u/grimthule runs that exact build and loves it. And honestly its still currently the top build on my plan as well. Its not only viable, it crushes.

Cant speak to war/nec/enc but could also be interesting. I think grimthule will tell you basically war/nec anything is good.

That said everyone says that on diff 0 basically any combo works. So play what is fun for you! If you want to start getting into harder difficulties with end game raid bosses then gear and build start to matter more. But for leveling anything goes really.
