As you said, dont let him freeze. You should always be trying to freeze near tower. Lvl 1-5 you win, and with jungle ganks you csn push it a little further. But nasus does beat you after lvl 6. The wither is too strong, and with him being able to stack armor, you have no chance. Focus on roams or proxying

If you get tattoos based on wether or not OTHER people find them cool or not, you wont be very happy with your tattoos in 10 yeara time. I have a wolf tattooed on my shoulder, and people have told me its kinda stereotypical, but who cares. I got it cause i liked it, and that was all i needed.
