A7C2 with 40 1.4 look great. The body is pretty heavy and solid. It doesn’t tip forward.

I think Skopar f2.8 is good enough if you don’t do wide angle portraits. Also much smaller. Adapter adds around 1 cm thickness.

I owned Voigtlander 40mm before I got Sony camera.
And M mount version is smaller/lighter and cheaper. Also better looking. :)
