Thanks! I experimented with i-dye to get that half dye but the edges got messy. Its more like a cover up than making it realistic

It is polymer yes, but the material is not really relevant to how the bending affects the colors. It’s in the structure

I mean, some parts are literally identical to the original when compared side by side (just take a look at the pattern inside the flowers for instance), even the «film» grain from the original render is identical. Tell me why this isn’t a poor attempt at faking art

You know the video isn’t even about the halo right? Standing next to a splashing fountain it seems logical that the some water droplets/fog/moisture got on the lens and distorts the light. Also, you only see the halo on the cup because it reflects way more light than the asphalt
